Our Client:

A leading name on the lower Central Coast, this branded Agency has a tight-knit team of long-standing staff who love what they do, and are equal parts passionate about their team and serving their clients. They offer paths for advancement and due to their supportive nature, are open to training up someone new to the industry!

Duties:

Forming a pivotal part of the Property Management side of the business, you will be responsible for:

• Taking and addressing rental enquiries
• Undertake Opens and private inspections
• Key management
• Carry out in-going inspections
• Tenant approvals and compiling tenancy packs
• Onboarding tenants once approved

Specific requirements:

Whilst Real Estate experience is preferred, there is NO experience required for this role, but you must have

• A great attitude and a sunny disposition
• Take pride in your appearance and be comfortable on the phone – you will frequently be one of the first points of contact for Renters
• A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or be close to completing)
• A car and drivers licence
