This is a part to full-time position based at our Mermaid Waters / Miami complexes. The salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and hours worked.

This is a great role for someone who needs total flexibility, you can choose the hours you want Monday to Friday to fit in with your family demands.

You can work between 30-38 per week so you can be available for school drop offs and pick ups or take on the challenge and be a team leader and achieve what you can in the Management Rights sector, there are opportunities to manage and live onsite at one of our many complexes that we operate throughout the Gold Coast.

We manage 11 complexes on the Gold Coast, manage 940 properties and lease (200 plus) of these properties that are located throughout Coombabah, Miami, Bundall, Mermaid Waters and Robina.

We are a team of 18 which includes leasing, administration, maintenance and grounds staff.

You will not be travelling doing property inspections as you have an assistant that completes these for you.

Ability to increase your income through selling the properties that we manage, you receive 40% of the commission if you have, we have a team to assist you.

No weekend work

Overview of Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management portfolio at three of our residential complexes at Robina, Mermaid Waters and Miami.

Develop and implement strategies to increase our letting pool and maximise revenue

Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations

You will be assisted when organising and completing property inspections to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to standards

Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management

Work with our admin, maintenance and gardening teams to provide the ultimate experience for all of our stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Real Estate License

2+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of properties

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

In-depth knowledge of property management principles, laws, and regulations

Proficiency in property management software REI

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
