Barry Plant is a long standing Real Estate agency who is committed to providing exceptional and professional service to their customers. Our Taylors Lakes office is seeking a highly motivated, organised Property Manager.

An Agent's Representative license is required. Applicants must also have a reliable motor vehicle.

The Property Manager's role will involve:

* Providing prompt and professional assistance to Renters and owner providers, always maintaining regular contact.

* The preparation and lodgement of applications to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.

* Final inspections

* Organising repairs and maintenance.

* Ensure that tenant rental arrears are kept to a minimum.

* Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties and prepare Condition reports via reports and photos

* Portfolio approximately 170 properties

* Offshore support provided
