Responsibilities:

• Handle and address rental enquiries via email and phone.
• Conduct open homes and inspections.
• Perform routine inspections and Saturday work.
• Prepare properties for online advertising.
• Manage lease sign-ups and prepare lease packs.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A current Real Estate Certificate.
• Your own car and valid driver’s license.
• Previous real estate experience is ideal but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional and confident manner.
