With expansion opportunities on the horizon and with an intent to remain an employer of choice within facilities management services; we seek Expressions of interest for our new 14:14 roster.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced Chef Managers with bulk cooking experience within remote sites environments combined with the ability to maintain the profitability of operations; managing budgets, maintaining food standards, manage client liaison & manage diverse teams
  • Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights or Chefs already residing in Australia seeking potential Visa sponsorship.
  • Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) which will include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries
  • Ability to manage HACCP procedures and safe work practices
