The Role:
As the first person our clients meet, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment that aligns with our values of care, education, and support. You’ll be the friendly face of our clinic and a vital support to our clinical team, helping us deliver seamless, top-notch care to every patient.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming Clients: Create a warm, professional first impression by greeting clients, addressing enquiries, and helping with any immediate needs.

Appointment Management: Efficiently handle bookings and schedule changes to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Client Communication: Serve as a helpful point of contact for client queries, both in person, over the phone and email, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Supporting the Clinical Team: Work closely with our Physiotherapists and Podiatrists to ensure they have everything they need to provide excellent care.

Maintaining an Organised Space: Keep our reception area and admin systems in tip-top shape for smooth daily operations.

Who You Are

A warm, welcoming personality who enjoys helping others and building connections

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Excellent communicator, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email

Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role is a bonus, but more importantly, you’re eager to learn and passionate about client care
