The Role
As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional front-desk support to our team and clients. You'll be primarily based at our Narellan clinic, with flexibility to work at Casula and Moorebank as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Appointment Management: Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments to ensure a smooth clinic flow.
Sterilisation of Instruments: Uphold our stringent hygiene standards by ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained.
Podiatrist Assistance: Provide support to our podiatrists as needed, facilitating seamless clinic operations and enhancing patient care.
Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Clinic Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented clinic environment, including regular cleaning tasks and ensuring treatment rooms, reception areas, and common spaces are kept to a high standard.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 1–2 years' experience in medical and/or allied health reception or administration.
Has the flexibility to travel between our Narellan, Casula, and Moorebank clinics when required.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
A friendly and approachable demeanour that enhances the patient experience, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with booking systems.
Willingness to learn and embrace new tasks and responsibilities.
