Design & Build Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a respected and award winning commercial & Residential construction company known for delivering a varied range of projects across the ACT

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman/Supervisor with residential building experience to support the Site Manager on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites.
• Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on progress, resolving any issues promptly.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Supervisor in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred.
• Current driver's license.
