We are recruiting for several sites from Palm Beach to Cronulla so we are seeking candidates in the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs & Sutherland Shire.

About the Role:

As a Site Foreman, you’ll oversee high-end, bespoke residential projects, ensuring top-tier quality and craftsmanship. This role demands a proven track record of supervising similar luxury residential projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interpret construction plans to ensure projects are completed accurately and in line with specifications.
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Set out the site and oversee the quality of carpenters and trades on-site.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and management.
• Ensure high-quality standards while meeting project deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on luxury residential projects valued at $2 million+.
• Cert IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent experience).
• Carpentry background is highly desirable.
• Structural experience is a plus.

What’s on Offer:
