We are seeking a highly qualified Residential Site Foreman to join our growing construction company based in St Peters. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high end residential new-builds and renovations, working with some of Sydney's best designers, on projects valued from $1-5 million.

In this role, you will be required to:

Oversee all facets of our residential construction projects from pre-construction, through to successful completion of the project.

Guarantee all safety processes and precautions are met.

Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders

In combination with the office team, manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure adherence to our best-practice guidelines, codes and standards to ensure the projects are completed to our award-winning standards.

Identify and resolve issues as they arise and report to the Project Manager.

Work collaboratively in our small but growing team.

The successful applicant will possess:

Minimum 5 years' experience managing residential construction projects

A trade qualification (Carpentry & Joinery Cert. III or equivalent)

A Qualified Supervisors Certificate or have completed Cert. IV/Building Diploma.

Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools (MS Project, Cubit, Nexvia or similar, etc.).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects independently within a collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience in Class 2 renovation preferred but not essential.
