Structural Foreman – High-End Multi-Storey Project

An established and respected residential and commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join their dynamic team on a prestigious multi-storey development project.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes across a range of residential and commercial projects, this builder operates with a disciplined and consistent approach, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget. Based in South-East Queensland, the company continues to grow, with multiple live projects and more commencing shortly.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will take charge of the structural phase of a premium apartment project, featuring luxury residences, high-end communal facilities, and extensive basement levels. As the excavation phase wraps up, the role will focus on driving all structural works through to completion, working closely with a dedicated project team already active on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all structural activities including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and steelwork

Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to maintain efficient operations

Report site progress, delays, and critical issues to the Site Manager and wider project team

Maintain and enforce high safety and quality standards across the site

Lead by example with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

About You:

Hold a current QBCC Open Supervisors Licence

Proven experience in a Structural Foreman role on multi-storey residential projects

Strong technical knowledge of structural construction practices and compliance requirements

Ability to accurately interpret and execute structural plans

Excellent leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
