The Opportunity:

Ownit Homes specialise in the construction of high quality residential two storey homes valued between $500k - $1.5m. We are looking for a qualified Construction Supervisor for the North Side of Brisbane who is required to lead and direct their own projects.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of Framework construction program
• Manage approximately 15 jobs at any one time on average
• Autonomous in managing your own workload
• Supervision and ability to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Scheduling and forward planning
• Proficient IT skills and computer literacy
• Manage Construction from approvals to construction handover
• Proficient in project delivery and scope performance
• Project management of a combination of single and double-storey homes
• Identifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the industry and will require:

• Current Building or Supervisors License
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume project residential construction industry
• A white card (completed the general construction induction course)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Very good understanding of Framework and Microsoft programs
• Advanced knowledge and implementation of WHS principles and practices
• Excellent professional and personal presentation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team
