The Role

This is a hands-on Residential Building Supervisor role, where you’ll be actively involved in keeping construction moving on the ground while also managing key office-based responsibilities. You’ll be working closely with our small, high-performing team, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.

On-site, you’ll be:

Keeping jobs moving efficiently by working alongside trades to ensure the site is ready for the next team.

Managing site operations, ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Problem-solving on the ground and maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.

In the office, you’ll be:

Collaborating with our team to coordinate schedules and logistics.

Handling reporting, documentation, and liaising with clients, architects, and suppliers.

Helping to plan and refine project execution to ensure smooth builds.

Conducting on-site walkthroughs with clients at various stages.

What You’ll Need

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- A solid understanding of the construction industry, with a keen eye for detail.
- A qualified carpenter (preferred) with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- A driver’s licence and relevant industry certifications.
- Ability to work under pressure.
