About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Plan Manager – Team Lead to join our growing Plan Management team.

This is a hybrid role combining Plan Manager duties (invoicing, claims, client advice) with team support and leadership responsibilities.
You'll manage your own caseload of NDIS clients while also mentoring and supporting a small team of Plan Managers to deliver exceptional service.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be key to maintaining our high standards, improving workflows, and helping our clients live their best lives.

What you'll be doing:

Managing an individual caseload of NDIS participants: invoicing, claims, and budget monitoring

Building rapport with clients and their families, providing advice and support

Conducting invoice reconciliations and using the NDIS MyPlace Portal

Mentoring and supporting a small team of Plan Managers

Monitoring team workflows and caseloads to ensure timely service delivery

Assisting with onboarding and training new Plan Managers

Acting as an escalation point for client issues and troubleshooting

Supporting quality improvement initiatives and best practices

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

Proven experience working in NDIS Plan Management or a similar administrative role

Strong working knowledge of the NDIS MyPlace Portal

Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proactive attitude and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment

Approved NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Right to live and work in Australia

Highly Desirable:

Previous leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience

Qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, disability services, or a related field
