About the Role

This is a position leading the Sales Support and Customer Service team, with a focus on operational excellence, retail account support, and team leadership. You'll take ownership of major account relationships, while overseeing the end-to-end customer order process and guiding a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full order lifecycle: EDI entry, stock checks, pricing verification, order processing, and sending to warehouse
• Ensure smooth delivery process, including coordination with warehouse and processing of credit memos
• Handle customer communications, delivery updates, and extension requests
• Lead and support a team across sales support and customer service functions
• Delegate work effectively, manage KPIs, and promote team efficiency
• Support National Account Managers with range reviews and retail presentations
• Coordinate item uploads into retailer portals, ensuring accurate barcodes, dimensions, and product details
• Collaborate with product development, logistics, marketing, and finance teams
• Create and manage sell-in materials, PowerPoint presentations, and product sheets
• Act as key point of contact for clients, overseeing operations and communication for the company's largest retail partner

What You'll Bring
