MARS Recruitment are working on a short-term contract position for a Global Media organisation, who are a seeking Finance Officer to join their team. To be successful in this role, the suitable candidate will need to be technically strong with a sound understanding of SAP. The position will start on the 19th of May and run through to the 8th of August 2025.

The Responsibilities:

• Create and manage capital projects in the SAP Projects Module, including establishing and updating work breakdown structures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and reconcile all Project Completion Advice.
• Release, update, and maintain budgets within the SAP Projects Module.
• Maintain project structures and budgets within the SAP Investment Management Module.
• Prepare monthly reports on project expenditures, including extracting SAP data and compiling Excel reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Capital Projects team.
• Maintain a digital library of all project approvals, including business cases and supporting documentation.
• Process project closures in the SAP Projects Module and amend budgets at closure in both the SAP Projects and Investment Management Modules.

The Requirements:

• Experience in SAP is a must.
• Confident in Excel and using large ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Be available between 19th May and the 8th of August.
• Open to candidates holding Working Holiday Visas.
