The Senior Manager, Philanthropy & Impact plays a key leadership role in driving the University’s philanthropic strategy in collaboration with the Associate Director, Advancement. The role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of major gift and bequest programs, leading a team focused on donor relations and fundraising, and cultivating meaningful relationships to secure philanthropic support for the University’s strategic priorities. This includes managing a personal portfolio of donors and prospects, delivering impactful donor stewardship initiatives, and working collaboratively across the Advancement team to support prospect identification, gift implementation, donor acknowledgement, and reporting.
