⭐ About the Role
As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will:
· Review and approve trade schedules for our team of electricians and gas plumbers, prepared by a team of scheduling assistants
· Use ServiceM8 software for navigating technician schedules and reporting data
· Conduct daily and weekly schedule reviews and make timely adjustments
· Handle urgent scheduling requests with a calm, solutions-focused approach
· Coordinate with internal departments, rental providers, and trades
· Cross-check technician timesheets with geo-tracking and Servicem8 data
· Participate in weekly planning and end-of-month audits
· Handle incoming calls from clients
· Provide backup support for recurring bookings if required
✅ What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination or admin support
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good geographical knowledge of Melbourne and greater metro areas
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the real-estate industry (welcomed)
Experience with trade service industry (smoke alarms, electrical, gas plumbing, safety compliance) (welcomed)
Experience with ServiceM8 or similar scheduling software (welcomed)
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure
