We design and deliver transformational executive coaching and leadership development programs for senior leaders and teams in large organisations. Our work empowers people to work better together.
As KW&Co continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to be the steady hand behind the scenes — ensuring our clients and coaches are well-supported every step of the way.

Role Responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our client programs, responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule the delivery of client programs with an accurate, complete and thorough approach
Manage onboarding and program logistics across all programs
Be the first point of client contact for program administration needs
Strengthen client stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations with initiative and exceptional service focus
Support coaches and delivery team with everything they need to fulfil program commitments
Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and contribute to smarter ways of working
Manage office administration needs — from supplies to supplier coordination
Assist with in-person and virtual events.
Who You Are
You’ve worked in a consulting or professional services environment in a client service or administration role (mandatory)
You have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in administration or client services
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
You enjoy creating order, developing processes and improving efficiencies
You’re a clear and thoughtful communicator
You’re confident with programs like Microsoft Office (for Mac), CRMs and Trello
You like to work in a supportive, values-led environment.
The Details
Part-time, 4 days per week, Mon-Thurs (3 days in our South Melbourne office, 1 day WFH)
Salary: up to $90K (pro rata), plus Super
Role reports to our CEO and works closely with our coaching and support team
Office located in a fantastic co-share space opposite South Melbourne Market.
