In this role, you'll act as the vital link between architectural firms, designers, and suppliers, coordinating presentations and nurturing meaningful relationships. You'll thrive in a hybrid work environment, with two days in the office and the rest remote, offering you flexibility and autonomy.

Your day-to-day

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and specifiers.

Coordinate presentation logistics, ensuring all details are managed effectively.

Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and stakeholders.

Accurately maintain and update data in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Actively engage with new and existing clients to support business growth.

What we're looking for

We're seeking a candidate who shares our passion for client engagement and communication.

Experience in face-to-face client management, with a strong focus on relationship building.

Strong phone-based communication skills, as this role involves significant interaction over the phone.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot (is preferred but not essential).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
