We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and solutions-driven Project Coordinator to manage subcontractor scheduling, site coordination, and material deliveries across our active projects. This role is critical to ensuring that our work is delivered on time, to spec, and with minimal disruption to the builder.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling subcontractors (cladding, rendering, mouldings, painting) based on builder call-up dates.

Coordinating material orders and managing delivery timelines.

Using our project management software and shared calendar to track schedules.

Communicating with site supervisors, subcontractors, customers and suppliers.

Monitoring site readiness and adjusting schedules when delays occur.

Problem-solving on the fly and keeping projects moving without needing escalation.

Leading weekly team meetings to review project progress and constraints.

Recruiting and monitoring subcontractors to maintain quality standards.

Conducting onsite quality audits to keep a finger on the pulse of our service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or project admin.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Systems thinker who can follow and optimise processes.

Strong communicator who can confidently manage subcontractors and stakeholders.

Comfortable with digital tools like scheduling apps, project management software, and email/chat.

Proactive and solutions-focused — you don’t wait to be told what to do.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

Specific experience in the cladding and/or rendering industry will be highly regarded.
