We’re on the lookout for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-performance operations team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, thrive in an organised environment, and enjoy solving scheduling puzzles, this could be your next career move.

🔧 About the Role

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will:

Review and approve trade schedules prepared by a team of scheduling assistants

Use ServiceM8 to optimise technician workloads and routing

Conduct daily and weekly schedule reviews and make timely adjustments

Handle urgent scheduling requests with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Coordinate with internal departments, rental providers, and trades

Cross-check technician timesheets with geo-tracking data

Participate in weekly planning and end-of-month audits

Handle incoming calls from clients

Provide backup support for recurring bookings if required

✅ What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in scheduling, workforce coordination or admin support

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the real-estate industry (nice-to-have)

Experience with ServiceM8 or similar scheduling software (nice-to-have)

Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve under pressure
