About the Role:
As a Tour Operations Coordinator, you'll oversee the full preparation and management of a portfolio of exclusive tours. From supplier bookings to client documentation and on-tour support, you'll ensure every journey is executed flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, loves multi-tasking, and enjoys bringing enriching travel experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and finalise all supplier arrangements for upcoming tours (hotels, airlines, performances, guides, restaurants, and more).
* Prepare comprehensive operational materials for tour members and tour leaders.
* Liaise with suppliers, tour leaders, and clients before, during, and after tours to ensure a smooth experience.
* Act as the emergency point of contact for tours while in progress.
* Coordinate post-tour reconciliations, evaluations, and debriefs.
* Ensure all tour documentation, itineraries, and client communications are accurate, timely, and detailed.
* Support the delivery of high-end, enriching experiences for discerning travellers.

About You:
* 2-3 years' experience in the travel or tour operating industry.
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities - you can manage several tours at different stages at once!
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
* Strong written communication and customer service skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Sabre GDS is a plus.
* A tertiary qualification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is highly desirable.
* A genuine passion for travel - and an interest in the arts is a bonus!
