The Company

Our client is an innovative inbound tour operator and currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Assistant Team Leader to step up and join their dynamic team.

Be part of a fun and professional team while managing their Sydney based Tour Operations Team

About the role

Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will be responsible for assisting in the workflow management and day to day running of a team of consultants

You will ensure consultants provide an exceptional level of service and assistance to travel clients

Be hands on in delivering a high level of tour services

Grow and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships

Provide high-level support in the event of significant issues

Work closely with senior leadership in the growth and financial success of the company

The Must Haves

Previous travel industry experience, preferably with an inbound tour operator or in the wholesale travel sector

Excellent time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities

Extensive understanding of the Australian travel market and providers.

Strong people management experience

Second language skills highly desirable
