Location: Sydney CBD | Hours: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

About the Role

As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your experience with GDS platforms and sales will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, improving efficiency and performance.

Use your GDS knowledge to assist looking up PNRs for customer details.

Maintain accurate sales data, manage order processing, and handle essential documentation.

Contribute to effective sales processes and seamless customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a B2B inside sales or sales support role.

Proficiency with at least one Global Distribution System (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).

Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What's On Offer
