About the Role:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Cruise Operations Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating all travel and logistical arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth transitions to and from voyages across adventurous destinations.

You'll work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot last-minute changes, and maintain clear, timely communication with staff from around the world. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about enabling seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics for team members in alignment with voyage schedules and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including personal details, travel preferences, compliance records, and visa requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all travel-related plans.
  • Monitor and manage logistics for large volumes of team movements across multiple ships, often with tight turnaround times.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members about their travel, accommodation, and transit plans.
  • Ensure all arrangements are cost-effective, sustainable, and align with company travel policies.
  • Issue timely pre-departure information including manifests, itineraries, visa guidance, and onboarding logistics.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years in travel coordination, operations, or logistics, ideally within the cruise or travel industry.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm professionalism.
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator - both written and verbal.
  • Mindset: Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a genuine passion for ensuring smooth and sustainable operations.
