We are looking for an experienced professional to provide customer service, general admin, and technical support to our customers in a full time capacity.

FairTel is a telecommunications company in the South West of Western Australia. We utilize strategic partnerships and aim to conduct business the face to face 'old fashioned' way, with a strong local and national client base. About the role

Exceptional customer service is at the center of the FairTel business. We are excited to welcome a new team member to ensure the customer service experience is maintained to this high standard.

Reporting to the office supervisor, you will work closely with our office staff and onsite technicians to ensure the best outcome for our customers needs. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients on the phone and via email to provide sales solutions, billing and admin assistance, and technical support .

Duties include:

Reception - Greeting walk-in clients, managing inbound and outbound phone calls including answering enquiries regarding sales, billing, admin, and technical issues.

Administrative support - to technicians in the field, office supervisor, and office manager including management of emails, updating databases, scheduling appointments and liaising with clients/external staff.

General Administration tasks - to ensure the reception and entry area is safe, clean and maintained to high standards at all times.

Technical support - Provide technical support for a range of services and equipment over the phone, and via email. Liaise with our carriers over the phone and via internal portals to log and maintain tickets and keep customers informed of all new updates.

Skills and experience

Essential:

Right to work in Australia.

Current Drivers License.

Demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.

Desirable:

Experience and/or knowledge of the telecommunications industry and products.

Experience with MYOB and inventory

Training provided to right candidate.
