Liberty Signs are Australia’s most trusted fleet branding experts.
We're on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our dynamic & tight-knit Customer Service team at our national head office in Frenchs Forest.
In this role you will assist with customer inquiries, Job scheduling and order processing for fleet branding services.
You will have an eagle eye for detail, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic & reliability. Teamwork is key, so your ability to collaborate effectively will be crucial.
The position is highly suited to someone who resides on the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt responses to customer inquiries.
Confirm installation appointments
Process installer invoices.
Keep records up-to-date in our CRM system and ensure that all details are captured accurately.
Working alongside our Operations, Graphic Design, Production and Installation teams
We’re looking for someone who:
Lives & breathes outstanding customer service and co-ordination
Thrives on engaging with clients & problem-solving with a can-do attitude
Has strong numeric & data entry skills
Excels in communication and collaboration
Possesses high motivation and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow directions..
