The Role:
As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring smooth operations and an unforgettable customer experience. You'll lead by example, support the team, and uphold high standards across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, and gaming areas

Lead and support staff during shifts

Ensure excellent customer service and venue presentation

Assist with staff training and development

Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

Experience in ordering, stock control, and regular stocktakes

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Maintain compliance with RSA, RCG, and OH&S policies

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar hospitality management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Positive attitude and proactive problem-solver

Solid understanding of bar and floor operations

RSA and RCG certifications (required)

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
