What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life
As a BDR at Birdeye, you’ll work closely with our business development leader, paving the way for your advancement to Account Executive or Senior BDR within 6-12 months. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment designed to foster your growth and success.
This role is to support our AE's in the Commercial Segment.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting online research to identify potential clients
Generating leads and setting appointments through outbound cold calls
Participating in the meetings you book to sharpen your skills and develop into a senior consultant
This role is ideal for someone with a “Hunter & Gatherer” mentality, eager to seize opportunities and succeed.
What’s In It for You?
Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + Super (Paid Fortnightly)
Commissions paid monthly for hitting quota (OTE $110K)
Plus uncapped comms once quota is achieved

What You Bring
Based in Sydney
Must have 3-5 + years outbound cold calling experience & minimum 2 + years within SaaS experience
Proven experience in high-volume sales (B2B or B2C)
Track record of success in outbound cold calling and hitting sales KPIs
A competitive, goal-oriented nature
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in engaging with business owners
Proficiency in Google Suite and strong organizational skills
Work Location
Our new office location is located in the Sydney Corporate Park, Alexandria.
