This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with a keen interest in AI to join an award winning technology company creating superior solutions for their professional services client base. As market leaders in Australia, their business is rapidly expanding into global markets (UK, US, Canada & NZ).

This newly created position joins a close-knit global platform team who are thought leaders within the business. Their mission is to build the most scalable and innovative platform to enable horizontal and vertical business growth by adopting the latest development paradigms and cutting-edge technologies.

This role is fundamental to their current journey to better leverage artificial intelligence through implementing AI solutions that enhance personal productivity, augment product development processes and create competitive advantages across the product and services portfolio.

Specifically this includes:

• Working with the leadership team on planning and delivery of AI initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for AI to enhance personal productivity across all areas of the business
• Developing and executing a strategy for AI integration
• Creating compelling business cases and ROI analyses to secure executive buy-in for AI initiatives
• Establishing and helping to lead an AI Centre of Excellence to drive AI adoption across the business
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams along with operational teams such as IT, Sales, Marketing and HelpDesk to identify use cases and implement appropriate mitigations
• Measuring and communicating the impact of AI adoption on team productivity and product quality
• Creating educational materials and training programs to build AI literacy across teams
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI applications and best practice
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential application
• Building relationships with AI technology partners and evaluating potential solutions

To be considered for this role you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years in product/change management with a keen interest in AI
• Demonstrated success in driving organisational change and securing executive buy-in for new technologies
• Experience developing business cases with clear ROI & value proposition for tech investments
• Experience establishing Centres of Excellence or similar cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts to business value for diverse audiences
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or other similar systems
• Understanding of the product and software development lifecycle
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement of product development processes
• The ability to professionally liaise with internal teams and build consensus across departments
• Excellent organisational skills with commitment to transparency and tracking measurable outcomes

Ideally you will also have relevant AI or product management certifications and experience implementing AI solutions in highly regulated industries.

Salary guide: $120,000 + Super + $7,500 Bonus
