The Opportunity
As an Account Executive - SME for Birdeye Australia, you will be a key member of the growing sales team responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely with small to medium sized businesses (SMEs) to showcase Birdeye's market-leading Ai SaaS platform and convert them into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, engage and qualify new sales prospects within the SME market
Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight Birdeye's unique value proposition
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business wins
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and other teams to support the entire customer lifecycle
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and objectives
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology industry
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Collaborative team player with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
