About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for:

• Calling warm leads from the database (100+ dials/day)
• Selling the CUSTOMERS program – $2K upfront offer (with strong social proof)
• Setting and qualifying inbound & outbound leads
• Managing your pipeline in HubSpot
• Tracking performance & engaging in weekly reviews with the sales lead

What We’re Looking For

• Strong outbound or phone sales experience (ideally 100+ dials/day)
• Experience closing low-ticket or high-ticket offers
• Confidence asking for payment over the phone
• HubSpot or CRM experience preferred
• Must be a winner and display resilience, grit, and a data-driven mindset
• Positive, proactive, and coachable attitude
• Strong English and communication skills
• Sales maturity – ready to focus and perform without chasing the next shiny thing
