THE OPPORTUNITY

Our architecturally designed 120-place centre in Ellen Grove (located near Forest Lake State School) is seeking an experienced Administration Leader to join our dedicated leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of establishing a new centre while working alongside our Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and Assistant Centre Manager.

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated experience in administrative leadership within an early childhood setting

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Proficiency in OWNA software and Microsoft 365

Advanced financial administration skills

Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

Experience in managing enrolment processes and family accounts

Knowledge of child care subsidy systems and compliance requirements

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience in opening a new childcare centre

Understanding of NQF and childcare regulations

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

First Aid/CPR certification
