As a growing family owned and operated business based in SE Qld, we're excited to announce our newest centre opening in Ellen Grove this September 2025, with plans for our Centre Leadership Team to start with us next month and be heavily involved in the centre start up and recruitment process.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our architecturally designed 120-place centre in Ellen Grove (located near Forest Lake State School) will cater for children aged six weeks to six years, where our core values of Bravery, Accountability, Sparking Curiosity, and Kindness underpin everything we do.
We're seeking an experienced Educational Leader to guide our pedagogical practices and curriculum implementation. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape educational excellence while working alongside a dedicated leadership team including a Centre Manager, Administration Leader and Assistant Centre Manager.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated educational leadership experience in early childhood settings
Deep understanding and practical application of NQF, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks
Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities for educator development
Proven ability to implement innovative curriculum approaches
Excellence in documentation and educational program planning
Strong communication skills with families and educators
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in establishing educational programs in new centres
Familiarity with OWNA documentation software
Understanding of inquiry-based curriculum and project-based learning

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates
Proven Educational Leadership experience
