Early Education Holdings are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Educators/Group Leaders to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high-quality early education and care in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children.

Build strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues.

Support children's individual needs, interests, and development.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Essential Criteria:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher).

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).

First Aid Certification (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.

Additional Desirable Criteria:

Recent experience in childcare or early learning environments for at least 1 to 2 years.

Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
