What you’ll be doing
Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and training? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Team Leader to join our Ourimbah campus team to support the smooth operation of our RTO! 🌟You’ll lead by example, provide mentorship to help your team thrive, and coordinate a team that supports the delivery of nationally recognised training with a focus on an exceptional student experience.
As our Administration Team Leader, you will also:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrolments, student records, and certificates.
Maintain compliance with ASQA standards and RTO-specific regulations.
Liaise with trainers and the broader RTO team to support delivery schedules and resource needs.
Oversee data entry and reporting in student management systems.
Improve administrative systems and procedures to promote better student experience, outcomes, and team efficiency.
Support student enrolments and answering general enquiries.

What you’ll bring to the table
You will be a real people person who doesn’t mind striking up a conversation. You will also:
Demonstrate proven experience in an administrative support or customer service role 🌞
Have a proven track record of providing timely, accurate high-level administration support.
Show exceptional customer service toward both internal and external stakeholders.
Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Exhibit superior organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail, sound record-keeping practices, and an innate drive for continuous improvement.
Show strong computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
A genuine interest in supporting learners and the education journey.
Hold a current driver’s licence 🚗
Applicants with a background in RTO or other education and training administration would be a great fit for this role, but it's not a must-have!
