About the Role:
This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where you’ll be utilising your top-notch administration skills. We're looking for someone energetic, professional, and ready to take on a challenge! Your key duties will include:
- Handling all administrative tasks to support a top-tier agent
- Vendor management and client liaison
- Preparing listing and appraisal presentations
- Managing approximately 25 online listings simultaneously, plus numerous off-market properties
- Processing agency agreements
- Coordinating proposals and listing presentations
- Maintaining and updating the client database and lead spreadsheets
- Processing sales exchanges
About You:
- Previous experience in real estate administration
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail and administrative ability
- Bright, bubbly, and driven to succeed
