Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
Coach, mentor, and support agents to maximize their performance
Actively generate and convert leads to grow the client base
Stay informed on market trends and identify new business opportunities
Guide clients through the entire buying and selling process with professionalism and care
Negotiate and close deals that create win-win outcomes
Prepare and present contracts, offers, and all necessary documentation
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive, results-driven service
Ensure full compliance with current real estate laws, regulations, and ethical practices
What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record in real estate sales (minimum 3+ years)
Valid real estate license (required)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
Strong negotiation skills and a solutions-oriented approach
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhood dynamics
