The Role

This isn’t your average admin job – you’ll be an essential part of the engine room that drives high-end property sales for a developer-backed team. You'll work closely with three experienced sales agents to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, documentation, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support across all active sales listings and buyer campaigns
• Manage enquiries, appointment scheduling, and CRM data entry
• Prepare marketing material, sales contracts, and presentation packs
• Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to support the full sales process
• Coordinate open homes and inspections, ensuring the highest level of presentation
• Handle ad hoc tasks that support the day-to-day running of the sales department

The Person

You’re already working in real estate and love being organised, reliable, and the go-to admin within a team. You’re excited by the idea of being part of a developer-backed business where your role directly contributes to the success of high-end property sales.

We’re looking for:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or real estate admin role
• High attention to detail, organisation, and task management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence using CRM systems (Agentbox highly regarded)
• COR, driver’s licence, and your own car (occasional travel to satellite offices required)
• A polished, professional demeanour and the ability to work both independently and in a team
