Your Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to rental enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Signing up leases and preparing lease documentation
• General administrative support as needed

What You Need:

• Current Certificate of Registration, along with a reliable car and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and excellent computer literacy
• Highly organized with a proactive, self-starter attitude
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
• A genuine passion for real estate and customer service
