The Role

This full time position is based in our Noble Park Office. You will be managing an established, well run portfolio of approx 220 properties. The role is predominantly office based as you have the benefit of assistance with administration for lease renewals and rent increases and access to our dedicated routine inspection manager. We also have a leasing consultant who will take care of most of your open for inspections. Your day to day role is based on ensuring client satisfaction within your portfolio. You will have the option to earn incentives, access to plenty of parking and ongoing support.

We are advanced with technology, using Inspect Real Estate and many other web based management systems.

We are looking for a person who cares for people and is able to follow systems and established processes to join us.

Must Have:

Agents Representative Certificate

Drivers License and vehicle

Current police check

Excellent customer service

The role is Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (and 1 in 5 Saturdays, with time in lieu for hours worked).
