Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct entry condition reports
• Schedule and carry out routine inspections
• Manage rent increases
• Assist Property Managers with ad-hoc tasks
• Onboard new tenancies
• Draft residential tenancy agreements
• Prepare and lodge rental bonds

What You’ll Need:

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence
• Excellent communication skills across all platforms
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A positive, proactive attitude with aspirations to become a Property Manager
• Prior experience is essential – previous leasing or front desk experience is sufficient
