The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join an award-winning medium sized (15+ staff) Financial Planning Practice in Mermaid Beach. This is the ideal role for an experienced Paraplanner with experience working with retirement planning advice.

Our clients aim to support their clients to get their financial affairs in shape by retirement. They provide strategic advice with minimal product recommendations.

Due to rapid growth they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Statement of Advice documents
• Preparing long-term modelling projections
• Excellent technical knowledge in the areas of superannuation, retirement planning and SMSFs, as well as good knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and companies.
• Working with a designated adviser to develop strategies
• Utilise XPLAN and XTOOLS+ to prepare long-term modelling projections

Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a paraplanner in a financial planning firm
• Competency in XPLAN and XTOOLS+ is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word / excel / outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST be PR or Australian Citizen to apply
