We are working with highly regarded financial planning firm based in Brisbane, committed to delivering tailored advice and exceptional service to clients. With a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and client outcomes, they are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join the team during an exciting growth phase.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for overseeing the implementation of advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the operational excellence of the firm. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to team success and will have the opportunity to progress into a Team Leader position.

You will work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and client service professionals, acting as the bridge between advice and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end implementation of Statements of Advice (SoAs) and associated client documentation

Ensure all processes align with internal policies and meet regulatory compliance requirements

Coordinate with advisers and paraplanners to ensure a seamless client experience

Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior client service staff

Support the development and delivery of best-practice client service processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

5+ years’ experience in client services or operations within financial planning

Strong understanding of ASIC compliance, financial advice regulations, and industry frameworks

Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning software (preferred)

Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

An interest in team leadership and people development
