The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our team of financial planners. If you have a passion for delivering quality advice, enjoy strategy development, and are ready to build a long-term career in financial planning, this could be the perfect fit for you.

You’ll play a key role in preparing advice documents, conducting financial research, and contributing to the positive outcomes our clients rely on. This is a great opportunity to deepen your technical skills and develop your career in a professional, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)

Conduct research and modelling to support personalised financial strategies

Assist with the implementation of recommendations across investment, insurance, superannuation, and retirement planning

Collaborate with planners and associates to support strategy development and advise on documentation

Ensure all advice and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards

Maintain accurate client records in Xplan and Dynamics 365

Participate in internal team meetings and client engagement where required

Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold a high standard of service

Who We’re Looking For

You might be an experienced paraplanner, or someone transitioning from an associate or admin background into advice support, with the right mindset and growth ambitions.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Business, or a related field (or working towards)

Experience in paraplanning or financial services

Familiarity with Xplan or other financial planning software (highly regarded)

Progress toward FASEA/education requirements is advantageous
