About the role

Lythgo Crew Wealth Management is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Paraplanner to join our financial planning team in our Brisbane office. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive financial advice and investment strategies to our growing client base.

What you'll be doing

Preparing detailed financial plans and investment recommendations for clients

Drafting Statements of Advice (SOAs) and other advice documents

Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify appropriate financial solutions

Collaborating with Financial Planners to ensure client needs are met

Maintaining and updating client files and documentation

Staying up to date with industry regulations, product knowledge and best practices

You will be instrumental in building a team of paraplanners and support staff over time

Assisting in the implementation of new technologies to enhance scalability

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (5+ years) as a Paraplanner

Proven ability to research, analyse and prepare comprehensive financial plans

Strong technical knowledge of financial products, legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and client service skills

Tertiary qualification in Finance, or related discipline

Relevant professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Diploma of Financial Planning

Experience with Adviser Logic a bonus
