They're seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSO who is ready to take the next step in their career as an Associate Adviser. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate and process client documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
• Sit in on client meetings, assist the adviser with strategy creation and prepare SOA request

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar client service role
• Degree qualified and ready to undertake the Professional Year
• Knowledge of holistic financial advice
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Xplan and Microsoft Office Suite.
