We have recently redeveloped our Office and Distribution Centre on Miles Road Kewdale, and as a result, a fantastic opportunity is currently open to be part of the West Australian State Distributor of Toyota Genuine Parts & Accessories. Join our team and take advantage of the opportunity to work in the new, state-of-the-art headquarters in a dynamic corporate role.
The role is critical to provide support to the Finance and Employee Relations Manager and wider Management team, it involves undertaking time sensitive tasks, essential for everyday operation of the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
₋ Point of contact for contractors and visitors, as well as additional assistance as required
₋ Coordination of all catering orders, and set up for various events and meetings
₋ Supporting outlook calendar and meeting organisation for Senior Management
₋ Invoice and vendor entry and administration; assisting with coordination of vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, and maintaining vendor records as needed
₋ Preparing and processing BPAY, EFT, and IMT payments
₋ Completion of all applicable filing as required
₋ Process amendments as required, including document updates
₋ Assisting with administration / finance processes occasionally, as instructed
₋ Supporting human resources and payroll processes, such as payroll preparation and processing, recruitment, onboarding, and reporting
₋ Analysis and up-keep of all kitchen amenities, office supplies, and promotional stock inventory
₋ Supporting any sponsorship events as required whilst overseeing marketing collateral to ensure they are in working order
₋ Support all general office areas with ad-hoc tasks as requested
To be considered for this integral role, the successful applicant will possess the following attributes.
₋ A current “C” Class Driver’s Licence – essential pre-requisite
₋ Strong interpersonal skills
₋ Polite, professional, and respectful manner
₋ Established written and verbal communication skills
₋ Motivated work ethic
₋ Acute attention to detail and accuracy
₋ Ability to work cooperatively in a fast paced, cooperative team environment
₋ A “can do” attitude
₋ Strong time management skills
₋ The ability to work autonomously
₋ An intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
₋ Drive, energy, and a positive attitude in completing all tasks
₋ A passion for continuous improvement in all areas
₋ A current Police Clearance – essential pre-requisite, must be willing to provide
₋ Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol screening, paid for by the company – essential pre-requisite, must be willing to complete
Non-Essential Experience (highly regarded)
₋ Exposure to Microsoft Navision
₋ Payroll/human resources experience
