This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can work independently with professionalism and drive. You’ll need to be honest and transparent, a strong communicator, highly organised, and confident with technology and systems. A friendly, positive, and resilient attitude is a must — along with a good sense of humour (because we know property can throw a few surprises at you!).
Experience with PropertyMe is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and issuing Entry Notices in accordance with legislation
Conducting routine property inspections and accurately documenting findings
Reporting back clearly and promptly to the property management team
Sending completed inspection reports and updates to landlords
Flagging any maintenance concerns or compliance issues
Being a dependable and supportive team player
Provide support to the Property Management team to deliver a world class experience
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports
Required:
Real estate registration or licence
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (or willingness to use a company car)
Previous experience in inspections or a related property role
Be proactive, punctual and reliable
Highly organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
